Elyssa is a corporate lawyer whose practice covers a diverse spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, including local and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, capital market transactions, private equity deals and venture capital investments. She has advised multinational corporations, financial institutions, private equity funds and publicly listed companies.

Elyssa also has in-house experience as part of the legal team of a leading regional venture capital fund. Her work on transactions from both the client and legal service provider sides of the negotiation table has afforded her a well-rounded perspective, enabling the delivery of commercially focused and pragmatic legal solutions
